Ice, Ice baby

Like many people, I did not have my "In Case of Emergency" (ICE) information on me.

Now I do. I just received an email that stated that you should enter an entry on your phone labeled ICE. Put the number or other information of you Emergency contact person. That way if you are in an accident paramedics can scroll through your phone and call your ICE Contact.
