It's time to start running. I hit the treadmill again yesterday and did a cool 2 miles. My goal is to work my way up to 5 miles. I am hoping to be able to hit this goal by the first week in September. Once I get to that point, I need to try and change from treadmill running to outdoor running.
Any suggestion on how to better transition from the treadmill to the road and still get the same type of results as I know they are not the same.
